Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (ME/EE/ECE/E&I), MBA/PMP preferred

• FATP line setup and electronics system integration
• NPI and high-volume electronics manufacturing
• DFA/DFT, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen
• RCA, FMEA, DOE, 8D problem-solving tools
• Supply chain and component procurement knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish FATP production lines for new products
• Drive NPI builds, line qualification, and production ramp-up
• Define assembly, testing, and process workflows
• Ensure quality, throughput, cost, and delivery targets
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and customers
• Conduct pilot builds and improve yield, cycle time, and efficiency
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and ensure ESD/safety compliance
• Support continuous improvement and production readiness initiatives
