Engineering Manager (.NET | People Leadership Focus)
Location: Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers with a strong focus on people management, mentoring, and coaching
- Drive team development, performance management, and career growth plans
- Build a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture
- Conduct regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure team productivity, engagement, and retention
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Business) for smooth delivery
- Provide technical guidance in .NET stack (3040%) without being hands-on daily
- Identify skill gaps and enable learning & development initiatives
- Drive agile practices, delivery excellence, and team accountability
- Handle conflict resolution, stakeholder communication, and team alignment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1015 years of experience with strong people management background (6070%)
- Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
- Prior experience managing 515 member engineering teams
- Hands-on background in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, Microservices)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience in product or GCC environment preferred
