Role: Engineering Manager
Experience: 15+ Years

Domain Requirement
Candidate should have strong experience in the Industrial Automation domain.
Preferred exposure includes:
- Industrial Automation Systems
- Manufacturing/Factory Automation
- PLC/SCADA integrated enterprise applications
- Industrial IoT (IIoT)
- Smart Manufacturing Platforms
- Automation Engineering Applications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple engineering projects and development teams.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, planning, execution, and release management.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, clients, and leadership for requirement gathering and delivery alignment.
- Manage team performance, mentoring, and technical guidance for developers and leads.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality scalable applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.
- Handle project estimation, resource planning, risk management, and escalation handling.
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and engineering best practices.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in .NET Technologies
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with SQL Server and database design
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment practices
- Experience in API development and system integrations
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies
