Engineering Management Trainee

As an Engineering Management Trainee, you will go through a structured learning and development program designed to give you hands-on experience across key operational, technical, and client management functions.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and people management and want to grow into future leaders within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics.
• Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields) and a MBA degree (2026 Graduates).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
