Engineering Associate:

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for solving engineering issues within the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and assisting in renovation projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily assigned tasks within the hotel

Perform daily checks around the hotel

Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel

Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise

Assist in implementation of any emergency programs

Assist in developing, implementing and managing energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses

Perform special tasks and other responsibilities as assigned

Responsible for the health and safety of the hotel

Requirements:

Graduate or diploma in Engineering.

Smart and energetic candidate.

Ability to perform any of the job functions on the production floor.

Knowledge of project management and repair work.

Using different MEP and HVAC equipment.
