We specialize in new part development and sourcing of critical Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronic components, serving high-impact sectors such as Energy, EV, Aerospace, Defence, Shipbuilding, and advanced manufacturing.

At Venttup, we are addressing a critical gap in the DeepTech manufacturing ecosystem by enabling:

• Development of complex sub-assemblies
• Import substitution and localisation
• Creation of a self-reliant, globally competitive supply chain

We are hiring passionate Engineer Trainees across multiple domains:

• Sourcing & Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Design & Engineering
• New Part Development
• Sales & Marketing
• Business Development

As a Venttup Engineer Trainee, you will:

• Work on real-world new part development (NPD) projects
• Contribute to import localisation and indigenisation initiatives
• Gain exposure to DeepTech manufacturing and advanced engineering domains
• Be part of projects in Defence, Aerospace, Robotics, EV, and Renewable Energy
• Collaborate directly with founders, industry experts, and global customers

• Support new part development lifecycle from concept to production
• Assist in vendor identification, sourcing, and localisation projects
• Work on engineering design, drawings, and validation (for Design roles)
• Engage in market research, customer outreach, and business expansion (for Sales/BD roles)
• Contribute to strategic initiatives in Defence indigenisation and robotics applications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects
• Drive innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

• Bachelors degree in:
• Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Industrial / Production Engineering
• Or related fields
• 02 years of experience (Freshers with strong interest are welcome)
