- The Infrastructure Domain in Information Technology manages and maintains the client/server hardware and software that underpin an organizations computing environment. This domain covers various responsibilities, from IT logistics, virtualization, storage, containers, integration technologies, to data center management.

- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support end-users.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
ALL YOULL NEED FOR SUCCESS:
Minimum Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
- 3+ years of demonstrable hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues.
- Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Slit, or weekends).
Mandatory Skills:
- Desktop Support/IT Technical Support.
- ServiceNow.
- Azure Active Directory.
- Network (WIFI, LAN).
- Asset Management.
Preferred Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
- Airline Industry experience.
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:
All candidates will need the following:
- Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment.

- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
