Job Description Summary
Primary Objectives:
- Provide expert-level support and incident response for security platforms.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needs.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development.
Main Duties / Key Accountabilities
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security tools
- Handle L3 escalations from Client
- Configure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat protection policies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports.
- Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practices.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and integrating endpoint security solutions.
- Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Support endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Palo Alto XDR, Trellix, etc) as needed.
- Participate in change management and security governance processes.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
- Accept, manage and update service requests to ensure contracted Service Level Agreements are met.
