Hiring: EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) | Onsite | Gurgaon, India | Full-Time B2B Freelance Contract
Location: Chennai, India (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Freelance / B2B Contract
Rate: USD 400/Month + USD 100 Standby Allowance
Working Hours: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
On-Call Requirement: Must be available for support and issue resolution outside business hours when required (24/7 standby support)
We are currently hiring an EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) for an onsite enterprise support role in Gurgaon. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in desktop support, end-user computing, deskside troubleshooting, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite desktop/deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities
Manage device lifecycle activities including imaging, deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades
Support Windows 10/11 environments and basic macOS troubleshooting
Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
Work with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow for device management and ticket handling
Handle Active Directory user administration and password management
Deliver VIP support and ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain endpoint security compliance and patch management
Follow ITIL processes for incident, service request, and problem management
Provide remote or on-call support when critical issues arise outside business hours
Required Skills & Experience:
35 years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC Support, Deskside Support, or IT Support roles
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
Experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
Experience supporting enterprise or corporate IT environments
Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment
Willingness to participate in 24/7 standby support rotation when required
