End User Support / Local Site Support Engineer

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

End User Support

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.
• Provision, configure, and replace IT devices as needed.
• Assist users with day-to-day IT-related issues.
• Coordinate with higher-level support teams for complex incidents.

Infrastructure Support

• Support office IT infrastructure, including connectivity, printing, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
• Install and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
• Support AV equipment, meeting room technology, monitors, and workplace devices.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and equipment replacement.
• Maintain accurate incident and support records.

Asset Management

• Receive, register, tag, and track IT assets.
• Perform device imaging, testing, deployment, and redeployment.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct periodic asset audits.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and device disposal processes.
• Manage temporary device allocation and asset lifecycle activities.

Project & Site Support

• Support office relocations, equipment moves, and hardware refresh projects.
• Assist with local business events, demonstrations, and executive meetings.
• Participate in maintenance activities, audits, and compliance requirements.
