We're Hiring: End User Desktop Support Technician

Location: On-Site

Experience: 24 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


Role Overview:

As an End User Desktop Support Technician, you will provide hands-on, on-site technical support for employees across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments. You will take ownership of incidents from diagnosis to resolution while managing hardware assets and supporting AV and network infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices

Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues

Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices

Support conference room AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and printers

Manage hardware asset lifecycle, inventory, and device refresh programs

Perform device imaging, deployment, and MDM administration (Jamf, Intune)

Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic network connectivity issues

Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms

Maintain accurate documentation and meet SLA targets

Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams for issue resolution


Required Skills & Experience:

24 years of Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk experience

Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting expertise

Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications

Hands-on knowledge of Jamf, Intune, or similar MDM solutions

Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools

Knowledge of hardware asset management and lifecycle processes

Basic networking skills (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP conflicts)

AV troubleshooting experience (Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, Teams, Projectors, Displays)

Strong communication and customer service skills


Nice to Have:

Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)

CompTIA A+ Certification
