End User Computing (EUC) Lead
Location: PAN India
Experience: 10 to 14

Interview Time: 2: 00 PM to 4: 00 PM
Mandatory skills: EUC Service Ownership & Delivery
Must Have:
- EUC Service Ownership & Delivery
- Own the overall delivery of EUC services, covering:
- Enduser devices (Windows/macOS)
- Applications and software distribution
- Tech Bar and onsite services
- Remote EUC support
- Ensure all EUC services are delivered as defined in SOW
- Act as the primary point of accountability for EUC service performance, stability, and compliance
2.Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore EUC teams, including:
- Tech Bar engineers
- Remote EUC support resources
- Endpoint specialists (Intune, packaging, vulnerability, tooling)
- Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure adequate coverage across locations and shifts
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures
3.Tech Bar & Onsite Support Governance
- Oversee walkup and mobile Tech Bar services across designated sites
- Ensure Tech Bar services:
- Provide immediate access to end users
- Resolve hardware and software issues onsite
- Follow consumerstyle, hightouch support principles
4.Incident, Request & Escalation Management
- Act as final escalation points for complex EUC incidents and service requests
- Ensure EUC Incidents, Requests, and Problems are:
- Identified correctly
- Resolved within agreed Service Levels
- Documented accurately in the ITSM tool
- Coordinate with other resolver groups and thirdparty vendors as required to resolve crossfunctional issues
5.Endpoint Management & Security Compliance
- Ensure EUC devices are:
- Monitored, managed, and configured remotely
- Compliant with enterprise security and configuration standards
- Monitoring endpoint posture
- Remediation of security configuration and software vulnerabilities
- Detection and management of noncompliant devices
6.Asset Lifecycle & CMDB Accuracy
- Govern endtoend EUC asset lifecycle, including:
- Deployment
- Refresh
- Relocation
- Removal and disposal
- Ensure asset details are accurately updated in CMDB and asset tracking systems
- Oversee physical device movements and ensure users can successfully operate devices postdeployment
7.Stakeholder & Business Engagement
- Act as the primary EUC contact for business stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with customer
- Ensure EUC services deliver a consistent and positive user experience
8.Reporting, Governance & Service Improvement
- Produce and review regular EUC reports covering:
- Incident and request volumes
- Resolution rates
- SLA compliance
- Tech Bar performance metrics
- Participate in service reviews and governance forums
- Identify opportunities for:
- Shiftleft
- Automation
- Reduction of repeat incidents
- Adoption of emerging technologies to reduce
