Job Description

We are looking for an Enablement Execution Lead to drive the on-ground training and adoption of AI-powered development tools across engineering teams.


In this role, you will be the face of the AI-SDLC program, delivering hands-on training, engaging with engineers, and ensuring that learning translates into real-world adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between training design and actual usage.


This is a high-impact, execution-focused role requiring strong facilitation skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage diverse engineering audiences.


Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver live training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for engineering teams.
  • Facilitate modules across all training waves (awareness to advanced use cases).
  • Run live lab sessions using tools like Windsurf, Claude Code, and Claude Chat.
  • Manage session logistics including environment setup, access, and troubleshooting.
  • Adapt training delivery based on real-time feedback and learner engagement.


2. Champion Network Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the change champion network.
  • Conduct onboarding and regular check-ins with champions.
  • Coach champions to drive adoption within their teams.
  • Identify and nurture new champions among early adopters.


3. Adoption Support & Feedback

  • Track engagement and adoption trends post-training.
  • Gather and analyze feedback after each session.
  • Share insights, risks, and resistance patterns with program leadership.
  • Capture success stories and use cases to support program communication.


4. Collaboration with L&D

  • Partner closely with the Client L&D team to co-create and refine training plans.
  • Align on cohort planning, scheduling, and delivery approach.
  • Share feedback, attendance data, and observations for continuous improvement.
  • Support L&D teams in building internal training capability for long-term sustainability.


5. Content & Curriculum Support

  • Collaborate with the content team to refine training materials and labs.
  • Test and validate lab environments before delivery.
  • Provide insights on learner challenges to improve future training waves.


6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain attendance, completion, and performance tracking.
  • Share regular updates on training progress, learner sentiment, and risks.
  • Support final handover including documentation and transition to L&D teams.


What Youll Deliver

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in training delivery, technical enablement, or L&D roles
  • Proven experience delivering training to engineering or developer audiences
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI developer tools / coding assistants
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage live sessions and troubleshoot in real-time
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
  • Experience in change management or technology adoption programs
  • Familiarity with ADKAR or similar frameworks
  • Experience partnering with L&D teams for training design
  • Background in enterprise or SaaS engineering environments
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ATD)
