Empower Waters SDMS

• 6+ years of experience in Empower CDS & SDMS Application.
• Hands-on experience with Waters Empower3 & NuGenesis SDMS.
• Install, configure, and maintain Empower3 and NuGenesis SDMS.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Perform system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery
• Troubleshoot software, instrument, and network-related issues
• Configure and integrate HPLC/GC/UPLC instruments with Empower
• Ensure proper communication between instruments and CDS and SDMS
• Support method creation, processing methods, and project setup.
• Basic SQL/Oracle database knowledge (preferred)
• Good documentation and communication skills.
