Employee Relations Lead

As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who will own and elevate our internal culture ensuring that the experience of working here remains high-trust, high-performance, and deeply engaging.

This role is not Talent Acquisition and not HR Ops.

It is about people, culture, retention, and internal energy.

What you will drive

• Design and run employee engagement programs
• Strengthen culture rituals, communication, and values
• Improve retention through structured feedback loops
• Build onboarding and early-tenure experience
• Work closely with founders to shape leadership culture
• Create initiatives that make CodeVyasa a place people stay and grow

Care deeply about people and culture building

• Have experience in employee engagement, HRBP, or people experience
• Are structured but empathetic
• Enjoy working closely with founders and leadership
