This role is not Talent Acquisition and not HR Ops.
It is about people, culture, retention, and internal energy.
What you will drive
- Design and run employee engagement programs
- Strengthen culture rituals, communication, and values
- Improve retention through structured feedback loops
- Build onboarding and early-tenure experience
- Work closely with founders to shape leadership culture
- Create initiatives that make CodeVyasa a place people stay and grow

- Have experience in employee engagement, HRBP, or people experience
- Are structured but empathetic
- Enjoy working closely with founders and leadership
