Job Description

We are looking for experienced EMIR Engineers with strong expertise in Power Integrity Analysis, IR Drop Verification, and Electromigration Sign-off for advanced technology nodes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform EMIR (Electromigration & IR Drop) analysis and sign-off for block and full-chip designs.

Analyze and resolve static and dynamic IR drop issues to ensure robust power delivery.

Conduct Electromigration checks and implement solutions to improve design reliability.

Work closely with Physical Design, PDN, Package, and STA teams to optimize power integrity.

Debug and resolve power grid violations across various stages of the Physical Design flow.

Generate detailed analysis reports and provide recommendations for power network improvements.

Support power grid planning, optimization, and sign-off activities for advanced-node SoCs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve design quality, performance, and reliability targets.

Required Skills

Strong experience in EMIR Analysis & Sign-off

Hands-on experience with RedHawk and/or Cadence Voltus

Expertise in Power Integrity Analysis

Strong understanding of IR Drop and Electromigration Verification

Good knowledge of Physical Design Flow

Experience with Advanced Technology Nodes (16nm/7nm/5nm/3nm preferred)

Understanding of Power Grid Design, PDN Optimization, and Reliability Analysis

Ability to analyze reports, debug violations, and drive closure independently

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, VLSI, Microelectronics, or related fields.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
