Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Role Overview
Looking for an experienced EMC NetWorker (L3) Lead Administrator to manage enterprise backup & recovery operations, ensure platform stability, and lead critical incident handling.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end NetWorker administration (policies, scheduling, restores)
- Troubleshoot complex backup & performance issues
- Manage Data Domain & support Avamar
- Handle P1/P2 incidents, RCA, and improvements
- Drive automation and SOPs
Required Skills
- Strong EMC NetWorker (L3) expertise
- Data Domain knowledge
- Linux & Windows administration
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Basic SAN (Brocade) understanding
