Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Memory Design Engineer with strong expertise in custom memory circuit design, SRAM/Fast Cache architecture, and memory compiler development for advanced semiconductor technologies. The candidate should have hands-on experience working on embedded memory design and integration across FinFET technology nodes (7nm/5nm preferred).

The ideal candidate must be a hardcore memory circuit engineer with deep understanding of memory architecture, bit-cell design, peripheral circuits, timing optimization, and low-power memory implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop:

• Embedded SRAMs
• Fast Cache memories
• Register Files
• Custom memory macros

Work on:

• Memory compiler development
• Memory architecture optimization
• Memory integration into SoC/subsystems
• Perform detailed circuit design for:
• Bit-cells
• Sense amplifiers
• Decoders
• Write/read assist circuits
• Timing and control circuits
• Optimize memory designs for:
• Performance
• Power
• Area (PPA)
• Collaborate with:
• Physical Design teams
• Layout engineers
• SoC architects
• Foundry teams
• Support:
• Circuit simulation
• Silicon debug
• Design validation
• Yield and reliability analysis
• Ensure successful implementation across advanced technology nodes.
