We are looking for an experienced Embedded Hardware & PCB Design Engineer to help develop industrial-grade IoT hardware solutions for generator telemetry, monitoring, and control systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for an Embedded Hardware & PCB Design Engineer specializing in Industrial IoT, CAN Bus, and Remote Monitoring Systems.

The engineer will be responsible for:

• Designing industrial-grade embedded hardware systems
• Schematic capture and PCB layout design
• Developing reliable power and communication circuits
• Working with CAN Bus, RS485/Modbus, LTE/4G, and IoT communication systems
• Interfacing with generator controllers and sensors
• Debugging hardware and supporting prototype bring-up
• Designing systems with EMI/EMC and surge protection considerations
• Collaborating with the software team for cloud connectivity and remote control systems

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Embedded Hardware Design
• PCB design experience using tools like Altium, KiCad, or Eagle
• Experience with STM32 / ESP32 / embedded microcontrollers
• Knowledge of CAN Bus, RS485, UART, SPI, I2C
• Experience designing industrial power supply circuits
• Understanding of EMI/EMC, grounding, isolation, and surge protection
• Experience with LTE/4G IoT modules is a strong plus
• Experience with MQTT/IoT systems is preferred
• Familiarity with analog and digital circuit design
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
