Job Title - Senior Engineer - Embedded Hardware

Experience : 7+ Years

Location : Pune

Key Responsibility ; Build test systems: Design hardware setups that automatically test electronic boards in production.

• Create circuits & schematics: Make interface boards, wiring, and documentation.
• Connect & measure signals: Safely power the device and check voltage, current, signals, and communication.
• Use lab equipment: Work with tools like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and measurement devices.
• Ensure safety: Add protections like interlocks, emergency stops, and error-proof designs.
• Debug & validate: Fix issues, test accuracy, and make sure results are reliable.
• Support manufacturing: Work with different teams and help during production rollout.
• Document everything: Maintain schematics, BOMs, and design records.

Qualifications

• 710 years experience in hardware or test systems
• Degree in Electronics/Electrical (or similar)
• Strong in circuit design (analog + digital, power, protection)
• Good hands-on debugging and lab experience
• Familiar with communication interfaces (UART, SPI, etc.)
• Knowledge of grounding, noise, and ESD protection
• Able to work with different teams (hardware, software, manufacturing)
• Good problem-solving and documentation skills
