Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

5 to 8 yrs of Managerial Candidate with good embedded automation and client facing experience.

Strong proficiency in Python and pytest framework.

Hands-on experience with motor control algorithms (6-step commutation, BLDC, PMSM).

Deep knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN).

Hardware expertise with STM, XMC, and similar controllers.

Experienced in schematic design and reading

Methodologies: Proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong understanding of motor control principles (BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors).

Experience with embedded C/C++, Python, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures.

Work with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and motor test benches.

Track, analyze, and report defects using tools like JIRA or similar.

Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and communication protocols.

Experience in automotive or industrial motor control applications.

Prior experience in MAGTROL is a big plus.
