Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role located in the Nasik Metropolitan Area for an Embedded Electronics Engineer. The role involves designing, testing, and developing electronic circuits, creating and maintaining firmware, and optimizing embedded systems for wearable and healthtech applications. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions and ensure product performance and reliability.

We are particularly looking for a strong Embedded Firmware Engineer to own and evolve our nRF52-based firmware platforms, ensuring it is robust, extensible, and ready for real-world deployment.

This role involves integrating new sensors, stabilizing BLE and logging systems, and maintaining a clean and modular firmware architecture

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in Circuit Design and hands-on experience with Electronics development
• Experience in Testing and debugging hardware and embedded systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Familiarity with healthtech or wearable electronics is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Required Skills

• Strong Embedded C/C++ (3+ years)
• Experience with Nordic nRF52 or similar BLE SoCs is a MUST
• Hands-on Experience with:
• BLE GATT / UART services
• I2C, SPI sensor integration (real hardware experience) and board bring-ups
• Flash based logging systems
• Strong debugging skills for real-world systems
• Experience with RTOS like FreeRTOS/Zephyr in medical field will be a plus
