Electronics Design Engineer

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• 57 years of robust experience in the schematic design and simulation of Analog Circuits.
• Deep expertise in Through-hole, SMT, and BGA technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in EDA tools: Altium Designer, Cadence (Allegro, OrCAD Capture, AWR), LTSpice/PSpice, and Keysight PathWave ADS.
• Extensive knowledge of Mentor Graphics / Siemens EDA (PADS Professional, HyperLynx).
• Strong understanding of verification methodologies: HVDRC, ERC, LVS (Layout vs Schematic), and Antenna Check.
• Proven expertise in Mixed-signal and High-speed circuit design.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end analog and RF circuit designs, from initial concept through to detailed schematic levels.
• Design and optimize power circuits, including DC-DC buck/boost converters, LDOs, and
• power protection modules.
• Lead all design phases including functional analysis, component selection, and
• pre/post-layout simulations.
• Leverage Cadence Sigrity and Celsius Thermal Solver to perform signal integrity and PCB
• thermal simulations.
• Develop high-quality schematics using OrCAD Capture and provide layout guidelines for
• seamless implementation.
• Solve complex design challenges related to routing congestion and physical
• verification in custom layouts.
• Interface hardware with digital systems and protocols including I2C, UART, SPI, and
• DSP/Processors.
• Conduct hardware validation, board bring-up, and EMI/EMC environmental testing.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and technical deliverables effectively.
