Electronics and Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly hands-on Electronics and Automation Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Kota.

The primary focus of this role is highly operational and field-oriented. Your major responsibilities will be the on-field commissioning of controllers and sensors, alongside rigorous troubleshooting and debugging of PCBs. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless hardware integration, resolving on-site technical issues, and maintaining efficient process control for our automation and robotics systems. You will also collaborate with our R&D team to provide field insights that drive the optimization of our electrical systems.

Core Requirements (Must-Have)

• PCB Debugging: Mandatory hands-on experience and strong skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging PCBs and complex electronic circuits.
• Field Commissioning: Proven, extensive experience in the on-field commissioning, calibration, and testing of controllers and sensor arrays.
• Component Level Skills: High proficiency in precision soldering and desoldering of electronic components.
• Power Electronics & Tools: Solid understanding of power electronics, hands-on familiarity with Star-Delta starters, and proficiency in using on-field debugging tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).

Additional Skills & Education

• Advanced Systems: Strong expertise in Automation and Robotics systems. Direct experience working with embedded systems, AI, and IoT infrastructure is a significant plus.
• Industry Standards: Familiarity with industrial automation practices and workplace safety protocols.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Mindset: A rigorous problem-solving approach with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently in dynamic, real-world field environments.
