Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support Managed File Transfer solutions using platforms like Seeburger BIS and/or IBM Connect:Direct
- Configure and manage file transfer workflows using various communication protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, etc.)
- Troubleshoot file transfer issues including connectivity, performance, and security-related problems
- Work with X.509 certificates and SSH keys for secure communication and authentication
- Analyze application and system logs to diagnose and resolve configuration or connectivity issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data exchange
- Maintain and optimize MFT processes for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Document configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
