Role Description

Were seeking an Electrical Site Engineer / Supervisor with 35 years of experience in electrical project execution.

The role involves managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring work adheres to QA/QC and EHS standards.

Youll oversee manpower, material usage, and documentation, including JMR and DPR preparation.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling residential or commercial projects, knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, and fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Exposure to HT/LT systems and testing processes will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and experience in managing on-site teams
• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and operating electrical systems
• Knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with Electrical Equipment and its installation and operation
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams
• A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required
• Experience in project management or a similar role is advantageous
