Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance of equipment to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including planning, availability, and cost control.
• Handle resource and manpower management, including technicians and external vendors.
• Track and analyze maintenance costs and support costoptimization initiatives.
• Drive technician skill development through training and onthejob coaching.
• Lead and support improvement projects in conversion and operational efficiency.
• Monitor power and fuel consumption, implement energysaving and costreduction initiatives.
• Oversee utility systems and forklift management to ensure availability, safety, and compliance.
