The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. You will work closely with other engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver electrical designs that meet technical, budgetary, and timeline requirements.
Design and Drafting: Create electrical system designs, schematics, and diagrams for projects using industry-standard software such as EPLAN, AutoCAD.
System Analysis: Perform electrical system analysis to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs within the overall project.
Design Optimization: Ensure designs are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with client requirements while optimizing performance and minimizing energy consumption.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with national and international electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the installation and commissioning phases of electrical systems.
Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for electrical designs and modifications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in electrical design engineering.
