Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description:

• Selection of Servo Motor & Drives, Sensors & Actuators, Encoders.
• Electrical Interface between Panel and machine electrical complements.
• Design of Electrical control system System/Power & Control Distribution unit Design Specifications/requirements.
• Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and 2D/3D models using CAD software.
• Design and develop electrical cable/wire harnesses for semi applications based on technical requirements and specifications.
• Select appropriate wires, cables, connectors, protective coverings to ensure durability and performance.
• BOM Creation for Cable and Harness Design.
• Components selection & FFF analysis.
• Electrical cable and wire harness Design and drafting as per Standards.
• Perform Calculations for current load, voltage drop, and other electrical parameters to ensure durability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with suppliers to source components and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of designs, revisions and traceability, quality control.
• A strong analytical and problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Support research and development efforts to explore for future projects and applications.
• Familiar with varies standards like IEC, CE, NEC, NFPA & IPC-WHMA-620, SEMI & UL.
• Familiar with AutoCAD 2020 & E-CAD, Jira Tools and PLM/PDM Tools.
• Experience with PLC & HMI programming & integration with system.
• Exp - 5 to 10 Years.
• Joining Frame - Immediate to 30 Days.
• Qualification - Electrical/Electronic related background
