eLearning Developer (Maritime)

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Were looking for a talented eLearning Developer to create engaging digital learning experiences for the global shipping industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop interactive elearning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
• Transform maritime procedures and regulations into engaging training content
• Collaborate with marine experts (captains, engineers, safety officers)
• Create multimedia assets (video, audio, scenarios, simulations)
• Deliver LMS-ready training (SCORM/xAPI compliant)
• Ensure content aligns with IMO/STCW standards

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 4+ years experience in elearning or multimedia development
• BA or BSc in Multimedia
• Strong skills in Articulate 360 and Adobe tools
• Understanding of instructional design principles
• Experience in compliance or technical training (maritime is a plus)
