E-learning Developer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing interactive eLearning courses and a strong eye for UI/UX, visual design, and learner engagement.

You will work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers to create high-quality digital learning experiences for corporate clients.

• Develop interactive eLearning modules using:
• Adobe Articulate Storyline
• Adobe Captivate
• Rise 360
• Camtasia
• Create engaging interactions, triggers, variables, and animations in Storyline
• Design visually appealing and learner-friendly interfaces
• Ensure consistency in branding, layouts, and user experience
• Integrate multimedia elements including audio, video, and animations
• Perform QA checks and ensure courses are SCORM compliant
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards

• Strong working knowledge of:
• Articulate Storyline
• Storyline Triggers & Variables
• Adobe Captivate
• Rise 360
• Camtasia
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles
• Excellent color sense and visual design aesthetics
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles
• Ability to create responsive and engaging learning experiences
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Experience in corporate eLearning projects
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
• Experience with AI tools for content creation or QA is a plus

• Passion for creating engaging learning experiences
• Creativity with strong visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
