Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bandra for an E-Learning Developer specializing in Articulate 360. The E-Learning Developer will design and develop interactive e-learning modules, create instructional materials, and ensure compliance with SCORM standards. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, managing content in learning management systems, and consistently improving training solutions to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Learning Development tools, particularly Articulate 360
• Strong skills in Instructional Design and developing learner-focused training content
• Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and content integration
• Knowledge of SCORM standards and ability to create compatible e-learning modules
• Background in Training & Development, with a focus on creating engaging and scalable educational resources
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality
• Relevant certifications in instructional design or e-learning development are a plus
• Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field is preferred
