We are looking for an experienced EE Architecture Lead to drive vehicle-level Electrical & Electronic (E/E) architecture across automotive platforms. This role focuses on building scalable, future-ready architectures aligned with performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead E/E architecture definition for vehicle platforms/programs
• Define and maintain ECU topology and domain architecture
• Design network architecture (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet)
• Define power distribution and electrical load concepts
• Own architecture decisions, trade-offs, and governance
• Align E/E architecture with functional domains (ADAS, Infotainment, Body, Powertrain, Chassis)
• Collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) & ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity)
• Drive modular, scalable, and SDV-ready architectures
• Review architecture changes, impact analysis, and deviations
• Support RFQs, sourcing decisions, and platform strategies
• Mentor team members and junior architects

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in vehicle E/E architecture and ECU landscape
• Experience in ECU partitioning and domain-based architectures
• Hands-on knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet
• Understanding of power modes, diagnostics, and system robustness
• Exposure to ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, and Body systems
• Experience working with OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills

Good to Have:

• Exposure to zonal / centralized architectures
• Experience in Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) programs
• Knowledge of OTA, vehicle gateways, high-speed Ethernet
• Experience with global automotive platforms

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech Electrical / Electronics / Automotive / Mechatronics
