Hiring: Education Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 13 Years

Qualification: Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)


We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage lead conversion and student engagement through inbound and outbound interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls to engage and convert prospective leads

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses/programs

Provide accurate information on offerings, certifications, and career outcomes

Drive sales through regular follow-ups and consultative selling approach

Manage and update leads in CRM/Google Sheets

Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure higher conversions

Work towards achieving monthly sales/enrollment targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support



Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)

Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, tele-calling systems & MS Office

Ability to multitask in a target-driven environment

Positive attitude with a sales-driven mindset
