Role Description The Educational Counselor will work full time on-site at NDMITs Agra location, guiding prospective and current students through academic and career choices in digital marketing. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, explaining course structures and outcomes, and helping students select suitable programs based on their interests, skills, and goals. The role involves collaborating with faculty and administrative staff to track student progress, organizing information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions. The Educational Counselor will also support admissions activities, respond to inquiries from students and families, and contribute to initiatives that enhance student engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with an understanding of academic programs and learning paths.
• Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling, including supporting learners with academic, personal, and adjustment concerns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students toward suitable roles in digital marketing and related fields.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with diverse student populations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; experience in educational or career counseling, preferably in professional or technical institutes; familiarity with digital marketing as a career domain; proficiency in basic office and CRM tools; and the ability to work collaboratively in a student-centered environment.
