Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educational Consultant role based in Navi Mumbai. The Educational Consultant will guide prospective students in selecting suitable IT courses and training paths based on their goals, interests, and backgrounds. The role includes conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining program structures and outcomes, and supporting applicants through the enrollment process. The consultant will collaborate with training and academic teams to stay updated on course offerings, schedules, and learning outcomes. Daily responsibilities also include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and providing ongoing support to enrolled learners to help them progress successfully. The role may also involve participating in events, seminars, and outreach activities to promote SPRK Technologies programs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Educational Consulting and Education, with experience guiding learners on course and career pathways.
• Consulting skills applied to understanding student needs, recommending appropriate programs, and offering objective, data-informed advice.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal explanations, active listening, and professional written correspondence.
• Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, empathy, and building long-term relationships with students and their families.
• Familiarity with IT or technology education programs, certifications, or training ecosystems is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate effectively with academic, sales, and administrative teams.
• Comfort using CRM or student information systems, as well as common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and counseling sessions efficiently.
