Role Description

This is a on-site role for an Education Training Coordinator. The selected candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs to train teachers,clerks/admin, Parent,students on new education intelligence platform , collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of educational initiatives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The role involves supporting program management, coordinating schedules, and contributing to a learning environment that promotes growth and development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training ,change management and managing training schedules
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences
• Knowledge of Education processes and training methodologies
• Ability to work on-site and independently while maintaining strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
• Experience in instructional design or e-learning is a plus
• Ability to speak Tamil and English is Must
