Summary

We are looking for experienced content and editorial professionals with strong exposure to editing financial research reports, thematic reports, and business publications for global financial services clients. The ideal candidate should come with hands-on experience in financial content editing, stakeholder management, and publication delivery within stringent timelines. Candidates from financial research firms, KPOs, investment research setups, BFSI organizations, or global capability centers with excellent command over written English and strong rewriting skills will be preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with international clients and contribute to high-impact research publications.

Responsibilities

1. Editing thematic, industry, and company research reports for global financial services clients.
2. Reviewing financial and business content to ensure clarity, consistency, and zero-error delivery.
3. Coordinating with analysts, supervisory teams, and publication stakeholders for timely report publishing.
4. Managing end-to-end editorial workflows within stringent publication timelines.
5. Rewriting and enhancing financial research content while maintaining the original analytical intent.
6. Ensuring adherence to editorial standards, formatting guidelines, and publication quality benchmarks.
7. Handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Collaborating with client-facing teams and internal stakeholders to improve publication processes.
9. Supporting project management activities related to publication scheduling and report delivery.
10. Contributing to process improvement initiatives and maintaining high-quality editorial standards.

Requirements

1. 58 years of experience in editing financial research reports, business content, or investment research publications.
2. Strong exposure to Financial Services, BFSI, Investment Research, Equity Research, or Global Markets domain.
3. Experience in working with global financial services clients or sell-side research teams preferred.
4. Excellent command over written and verbal English with strong grammar and editorial expertise.
5. Strong rewriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Exposure to thematic reports, industry research reports, company reports, or macroeconomic publications preferred.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight publishing deadlines.
8. Strong stakeholder management, client coordination, and project management capabilities.
9. Proficiency in MS Office tools and publication management workflows.
10. BE/BA/MA (English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics), B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA preferred.
11. Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
