Excellent Catia V5/V6 Skills
Should have completed at least 2-3 NPD project
Hands on experience in design and development of Headliners and Overhead systems.
Design the interface between the headliner substrate and the panoramic sunroof tracks, ensuring smooth, quiet operation of the power sunshade.
Coordinate the routing of sunroof drain tubes and thermal shields to protect the luxury headliner material from moisture and heat soak from the glass roof.
Design complex wire routing for the overhead console, sunroof motors, vanity mirrors, and microphones, ensuring no "rattle" points against the roof sheet metal.
Excellent product and manufacturing knowledge.
Good Communication skills
Knowledge of GD&T & hands on experience on 2D/3D Drawings creation required.
Ability to work /handle parts / Team & interior commodity Independently.
Able to interact, analyse and create parts as per design Rules & requirements.
Good Team Player /Lead and flexible to work in any streams of work as per dynamic requirement that may change from time to time
Should be able to understand and willing to work under any challenging and tough environments
