About the Role:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Intern located in Noida. We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support our day-to-day marketplace and operational activities. The candidate will work closely with the operations team to manage online marketplace operations, inventory coordination, order processing, and listing management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Coordinate order processing and shipment tracking.

Monitor inventory levels and update stock across platforms.

Handle catalog updates including pricing, images, and product descriptions.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Prepare operational reports.

Resolve marketplace operational issues and coordinate with warehouse team.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of E-commerce marketplaces.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with seller panels like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, FirstCry, Myntra.

Knowledge of inventory and order management systems is a plus.

Qualification:

Pursuing or completed graduation (any field).
