Role Description

We are seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive (Amazon) for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role entails managing Amazon marketplace accounts, including product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and sales analysis. Responsibilities also include monitoring marketplace performance metrics, devising growth strategies, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Negotiation and Sales to strategize and drive performance on the Amazon platform.
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation, forecasting, and performance analysis to optimize marketplace operations.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for stakeholder management and delivering superior customer experiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions to achieve marketplace growth targets.
• Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or a similar platform is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
