Dot N Pixel is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to drive online sales growth for a leading Mobile Accessories brand.

Increase sales on the brand's D2C website (Clanit)

Scale sales across Quick Commerce marketplaces and delivery platforms

• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention for the Clanit website.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
• Plan and execute sales growth strategies for Quick Commerce platforms.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Improve conversion rates, product visibility, and overall online revenue.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and marketplace teams to achieve business targets.
• Build and execute promotional calendars, launches, and seasonal campaigns.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce Marketing.
• Must have worked with established consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of D2C growth, performance marketing, and marketplace ecosystems.
• Experience scaling revenue through websites and online marketplaces.
• Data-driven mindset with proven growth achievements.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Mobile Accessories, Consumer Electronics, Gadgets, or Tech Products.
• Quick Commerce platforms and marketplace growth strategies.
