Ecommerce Manager

Quickeee is a fast-growing quick commerce platform delivering fashion and lifestyle products in 60 minutes. We are building a speed-first, tech-driven business and are looking for an E-commerce Manager to drive online sales, platform performance, and execution.

• Role Overview

You will be responsible forend-to-end e-commerce operations, including catalog performance, order flow, pricing, and campaign execution. This role requires a mix ofanalytics, execution, and coordinationto ensure smooth and high-performing online operations.

• What you will do

Platform & Sales Management

Manage day-to-daye-commerce operationsacross app/website

Drivesales growth, conversion, and revenue performance

Ensure smoothorder processing and fulfillment coordination.

• Catalog & Inventory Coordination

Work closely with catalog team to ensureaccurate and updated listings

Monitorinventory availability and stock-outs

Coordinate with category and operations teams forproduct readiness.

• Performance & Analytics

Track key metrics:

Conversion rate

Order success rate

Average order value

Identify issues and implementdata-driven improvements.

• Pricing & Campaign Execution

Executepricing strategies and discounting plans

Managecampaigns, promotions, and product visibility

Ensure correct execution duringsales and drops.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with:

Category team (products & pricing)

Operations (inventory & fulfillment)

Marketing (campaigns & growth)

• What we are looking for

34 years of experience ine-commerce / marketplace operations

Strong understanding ofonline sales funnels and conversion metrics

Experience withShopify, marketplaces, or similar platforms

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in afast-paced, execution-driven environment
