About the role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to own and scale our online sales across B2C and international marketplace channels. You will be responsible for a revenue portfolio of $1 million or more and will play a key role in driving our next phase of growth.


What you'll be doing

Manage and grow our presence on Amazon.com, Walmart, and other international marketplaces

Own the full P&L for online marketplaces with accountability for $1M+ in revenue

Optimise product listings, pricing, catalogue health, and content across all platforms

Plan and execute PPC and sponsored ad campaigns to drive visibility and conversion

Track and report on key metrics revenue, ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, returns

Collaborate with product, design, and logistics teams for seamless fulfilment and customer experience

Identify and onboard new marketplace opportunities and international expansion channels

Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, setting clear KPIs and reviewing performance regularly


What we're looking for

47 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Proven track record of managing $1 million or more in annual online revenue

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Walmart Marketplace

Strong B2C background with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and conversion funnels

Experience managing marketplace PPC and sponsored advertising campaigns

Proficiency in Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and data reporting tools

Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones


Prior experience in the jewellery, luxury, or fashion e-commerce space is a strong advantage.
