Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online presence across various marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Ajio, and Nykaa etc.

Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management:Effectively manage multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Ajio, and Nykaa.
• Product Listing:Perform single and bulk product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information. Optimize listings for searchability and visibility.
• Inventory Management:Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor inventory, and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Order Processing:Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, handling any issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Campaign Creation & Optimization:Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across all platforms to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Data Analysis:Utilize analytical skills to monitor, report, and improve performance metrics. Track trends and optimize strategies accordingly.
