Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive located in Indore. The E-commerce Executive will manage daily operations of online sales platforms, analyze performance metrics, and oversee account management. Key responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales objectives. The role requires a balanced focus on driving sales as well as ensuring smooth team and account management processes.

Qualifications

34 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
Strong knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Experience with Shopify or other website platforms
Experience with Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto etc is preferred
Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance ads
Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
