Job Role - E-commerce Executive

Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite)

CTC -30K-35Kper month

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree is a must.

Experience: 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations

Role Description

Manage daily operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc.

Handle D2C website operations on platforms like Shopify.

Process and monitor customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Coordinate with warehouse/packing team for timely order fulfillment.

Monitor inventory levels and update stock across all platforms.

Track marketplace performance, sales reports, and order status.

Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for shipment tracking and issue resolution.

Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and marketplace tickets.

Monitor COD orders and payment reconciliation.

Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.

Ensure proper GST/tax calculations and billing coordination.

Maintain product catalog accuracy and operational SOPs.

Required Skills

Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and seller panels

Experience with Shopify or D2C platforms

Good understanding of order management and inventory control

Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, reports)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Ability to handle high order volumes and multitask
