E-commerce Executive

Hiring: Junior E-commerce Executive

Location: Greater Noida (Work from Office)

We are looking for a Ecommerce Executive to support day-to-day ecommerce operations across our brands. This role is ideal for someone who has basic experience with Shopify/backend operations, product cataloguing and customer handling and is looking to grow in the D2C ecommerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Shopify Management

• Managing day-to-day Shopify backend activities
• Product listings, collections, pricing and discount updates
• Supporting homepage updates, website hygiene and merchandising
• Assisting with PDPs and basic SEO tasks

Customer Management (B2C)

• Handling customer queries via calls & WhatsApp
• Assisting customers with product recommendations
• Following up on abandoned carts and pending queries
• Supporting upselling and conversion efforts

Marketplace & Operational Support

• Assisting with marketplace listings and catalog management
• Coordinating product information, images and updates
• Supporting day-to-day e-commerce and operational activities

Collaborations Support

• Coordinating with influencers, PR agencies and collaborators when required

What We Are Looking For:

• Basic understanding of Shopify operations
• Someone who is proactive, willing to learn and open to exploring new things
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
• Prior experience in Shopify/D2C e-commerce preferred
