ROLE DESCRIPTION

Were looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketplace Operations Executive who can take complete ownership of our marketplace operations and ensure smooth, structured growth across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplace systems, backend processes, data tracking, and operational discipline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations end-to-end
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, content, keywords)
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and visibility
• Plan and execute promotions, deals.
• Track inventory levels and maintain optimum level of stocks.
• Monitor account health, ratings, returns, and customer feedback
• Identify growth opportunities through competitor and data analysis

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 23 years of experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Quick Commerce, Brand website etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards and backend operations
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and performance reports
• High attention to detail and structured execution style
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues independently
• Clear communication and coordination skills

WHO CAN APPLY

• Candidates with hands-on marketplace management experience in a D2C or retail brand
• Professionals currently managing Seller Central or similar backend systems
• Individuals who enjoy data-driven decision making and operational ownership
