E-commerce Executive (Order Processing)

Experience: 13 years

Salary: Up to 30,000/month (based on experience)

Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily orders using Shiprocket and Unicommerce (Uniware)
• Coordinate order flow from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) to warehouse dispatch
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and AWBs
• Track shipments, handle RTOs (Return to Origin), and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain and sync inventory across platforms via Uniware
• Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal warehouse teams
• Ensure adherence to dispatch and delivery SLAs

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics
• Hands-on experience with Shiprocket and Uniware OMS
• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
• Good Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
• Ability to handle high order volumes and multitask under deadlines

Preferred

• Experience working with D2C brands or marketplace sellers
• Familiarity with courier aggregation systems and warehouse processes
